- Danced since the age of 3 at the Studio School of Dance (Kansas City), the Dance Academy (Cary), and CGPAC.
- While at Cary-Grove High School, Lindsey was in Swing Choir and Poms, as well as several musicals, including Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors at CGHS.
- Moved to New York after college and trained at Steps on Broadway, Broadway Dance Center, and several classes taught by Randy Skinner.
- Worked professionally for 8 years at regional theaters around the country.
- Appeared in commercials and print work.
